He graduated from Riverwood High School in 1986, is a 1990 graduate of the College of William & Mary’s English program and a 1996 graduate of the  University of Memphis\u2019s Creative Writing MFA program. He has also written the books The Face of the River,[13] Sundown[14] and Bluff City.[15] He has also co-written Jam!
