サーモアナエロバクター目 – Wikipedia

サーモアナエロバクター目（Thermoanaerobacteriales）は、多系統群であるクロストリジウム綱に属し、サーモアナエロバクター科、Thermodesulfobiaceae及びThermoanaerobacterales family III incertae sedisの3つの科及び様々な未分類の属を含む真正細菌の多系統群の目である。この目は、非常に高温の環境で種が生き残る能力のために注目されている。この目での細菌の例は、Thermoanaerobacterium autearoensisである[1]。

系統分類[編集]

現在受け入れられている分類法は、List of Prokaryotic names with Standing in Nomenclature (LPSN)[2]及びNational Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI)[3]の原核生物名リストに基づいており、系統分類は、The All-Species Living Tree Projectの16S rRNA系統解析によるLTPリリース111に基づいている[4]。

サーモアナエロバクター目は、すでに述べたように多系統群であり、形態学的にも生理学的にも6つ以上の分類群から構成されている。
