リーブ郡区 (Reeve Township) は、アメリカ合衆国アイオワ州フランクリン郡にある16の郡区のうちの1つ。2010年国勢調査では、人口は262人であり、135の住宅を含んでいる。

リーブ郡区は1855年に設立された。開拓者J・B・リーブ (J. B. Reeve) にちなんで名付けられた[3]。

2010年の国勢調査では、リーブ郡区は35.59平方マイル (92.2 km2) で、すべて土地である。
