Simen Hegstad Krüger (Born March 13, 1993 in Oslo) is a Norwegian cross -country skier.

Krüger, who starts for the Lyn Ski, took part in juniors and FIS races from 2010 to 2013. At the Nordic Junior Ski World Championships in Liberec, he reached fourth place in the skiathlon and over 10 km freestyle. He won silver with the season. His first World Cup race ran in Oslo in March 2013, which he ended in 43rd place in the 50 km of mass start races. In the 2013/14 season he competed in the Scandinaviancup, in which he mostly occupied placements in midfield. At the beginning of the 2014/15 season, he reached 21st place in the overall ranking at the Nordic Opening and thus also won his first World Cup points. At the 2015 U23 World Championships in Almaty, he won silver over 15 km freestyle. In the 2015/16 season, he came to the World Cup in five individual participation, four times in the dot length. The 11th place in the 50 km mass start race in Oslo was his best seasonal placement in the World Cup. In February 2016 he won the gold medal over 15 km freestyle at the U23 World Championships in Râumb. At the Norwegian Championships in 2016, he won gold with the season and bronze over 10 km freestyle. After 11th place at the World Cup Mini tour in Lillehammer, he won ten places at the Tour de Ski 2016/17 with five top, including third place in Toblach over 10 km freestyle, eighth place in the overall ranking. In January 2017 he won his first World Cup victory in Ulriehamn. At the beginning of February 2017, he became the relay in Lygna Norwegian champion. At the end of the season, he took 38th place at the World Cup final in Québec and reached 17th place in the overall World Cup and 15th place in the spanking cup.

At the beginning of the 2017/18 season, Krüger won 16th place at Ruka Triple and won his first World Cup one in Toblach over 15 km freestyle. In January 2018 he became Norwegian champion over 15 km freestyle. In the following month, despite a fall in the course of the race, Krüger won the Olympic gold medal in the skiathlon. This was followed by the silver medal in the 15 km freestyle race and the gold medal with the season. At the end of the season, he came to 24th place at the World Cup final in Falun and finally reached 14th place in the overall World Cup and eighth place in the spacecrot cup. After eighth place at the Lillehammer Triple at the beginning of the 2018/19 season, he won third place in Beitostølen. At the Tour de Ski 2018/19, he finished second in the overall ranking. In January 2019 he came in third place in Ulriehamn with the season and second place over 15 km freestyle. At the beginning of February 2019, he became the relay in Meråker Norwegian champions. At the highlight of the season, the Nordic World Ski World Championships in Seefeld in Tyrol, he ran fifth in the 50 km mass start race. At the end of the season, he took seventh place at the World Cup final in Québec and ended the season to fourth place in the overall World Cup and spacer rag cup. At the beginning of the 2019/20 season, he won over 15 km freestyle in Davos and won fifth place at the Tour de Ski 2019/20. He won the final stage over 10 km. Third place followed in the persecution in Nové Město and second place in the skiathlon in Oberstdorf. He finished the ski tour 2020 with second place in Östers and over 15 km freestyle, in second place. At the end of the season he finished second in the 50 km race on the Holmenkollen and each reached fourth place in the overall World Cup and spacer rag cup.

After 18th place at Ruka Triple at the beginning of the following season and second place over 15 km freestyle, Krüger won the bronze medal in the 50 km mass run at the Nordic World Ski World Championships in Oberstdorf and the silver medal over 15 km freestyle and in the skiathlon. At the end of the season he won in the Engadine in the persecution and thus won 16th place in the overall World Cup and third place in the spacer rag cup. In the 2021/22 season, he won over 15 km freestyle in Lillehammer with the season and there and in Davos, thus reaching 20th place in the overall World Cup and eighth place in the spanking cup.
