Dietadine longerov (* 10. August 1976 in Plowdiw (Bulgarian) [first] ) is an Austrian national table tennis player. He is a youth European champion and played in the German Bundesliga.

Kostadin Lengerov was born in Plovdiw in Bulgarian. In 1992 he moved to Austria [2] And in 1993 Austrian citizenship accepted. [3] In 1991 he won the title at the cadets at the European Youth Championships. Three years later, he was once again European champion of the juniors in singles, in doubles with Vit Dolezel (ČSSR) and mixed with Martine Hubert (Belgium) he reached the final. [4]

From 1995 to 2005 Kostadin Lengerov took part in eight World Championships. With the Austrian team he became fifth in 2001 and in 2004. He was also nominated for European Championships several times during this period. Here was his greatest success in 2005 silver with the Austrian team.

Lengerov initially played at the Austrian Association Union Wolkersdorf (1993 to 1995) and GTV Hohenacker (1995/96). [5] In 1996 he moved to the German Bundesliga to the TTF Ochsenhausen. [6] With his men’s team, he became German champion and ETTU Cup winner in 1997. In 1999 he returned to Austria and joined the SVS Lower Austria association. [7] From 2000 to 2004 he became four times in a row with the Sport Union Wolkersdorf / SVS Lower Austria in a row of Austrian state champions and winners of the Superliga, twice he came to the final of the Champions League with their men’s team. In 2008 he became a single state champion (see ÖTTV manual 05-2009).

His best place in the ITTF world rankings was 63th in August and September 2003. [9]

Lengerov is married to the graphic designer Ekaterina Lengerova and has two children – a son and a daughter. [first]
