Unterschüpf – Wikipedia

Undertaking is a district of Boxberg in the Main-Tauber district in Baden-Württemberg.

Unterschüff is at 215 m above sea level. NHN in the muzzle, the Schüpfbaches as the left inflow of the surrounders. ^[first] The village of Unterschüpf ( ⊙ 49,515 9,686944 ) and the Talhof residential area ( ⊙ 49.5134 9,70033 ). ^[2]

On July 1, 1971, Unterschüpf was incorporated into the city of Boxberg. ^[3]

The coat of arms of Unterschüpf shows the fuselage of a man with a man with silver and red clothing and the same bulge with flying ribbons on the head, in the right two red roses and a silver rose on long green stems, in the left a golden spade with hold the silver grip. ^[first]

About half of the residents of Untersen are Catholic. In addition to the Catholic Church of St. Kilian, there is a Protestant church in the village.

Together with Oberschöpf and Lengenrieden, Unterschüpf forms the Evangelical parish Schüpfer reason . Almost a third of the population of Unterschüpf are part of the Evangelical parish. ^[7]

The Jewish municipality of Unterschüpf existed from the 17th/18. Century to around 1870. ^[8]

Untersching can be reached via the B 292. From Unterschüpf, the L 579 leads up to the Schüpfbach valley.

Unterschüpf is located on the Frankenbahn (Stuttgart – Würzburg railway line). The trains pass the place without a stop.

With the Unterschüff airfield, the village has an air athletes. The local air sports club building land also has the opportunity to complete the training as a private pilot license. In addition, parachutists are regularly carried out by a parachute school at the airfield. ^{[9] [ten] [11]}

There is a 17th century water lock in Unterschüpf. In addition, the place has an Evangelical Church from the 13th century, a so -called angle church with frescoes from the 15th century.

The “Westfeld’s Haus” (Römerstraße 36) should also be mentioned. The two -storey house was built in 1754 as a massive stately building with a mansard roof. In 1926 it was converted into a “toddler school”. In 1985 the house came privately owned, the new owners stopped the further decay of the building fabric.

The largest association in Unterschüff is TSV Unterschüff 02.
