世界鍼灸学会連合会（The World Federation of Acupuncture – Moxibustion Societies:WFAS)は世界の鍼灸関係の学術団体が加盟している国際的な団体。1987年に設立され、1998年にはWHOと公式関係のある鍼灸NGOとなり、2010年には国際標準化機構（International Organization for Standardization＝ISO）のリエゾンとなった。
鍼灸の国際的な学術交流を深め、世界各地の鍼灸団体間の理解と協力を促進することを通して人類の健康に貢献すること。
参加団体[編集]
現在、53カ国から178団体が加盟し，日本からは公益社団法人全日本鍼灸学会、日本伝統鍼灸学会などが加盟している。
